Black Out Battle Royale (BOBr)
BOBr (Black Out Battle Royale) is an off-season event hosted by the Bronc Botz to cultivate a love for robotics in the San Antonio Area. In the past, FLL teams have come to our shop and been given guidance in building their own robots for BOBr (in 2015, an FLL team won the competition!). This competition builds unity in the region and gives teams an opportunity to be competitive, no matter what age.
FLL ProjectsSince 2016, the Bronc Botz have worked closely with San Antonio FLL teams, mentoring and encouraging learning and success. Throughout the years, through an initiative started by the Bronc Botz in the NISD (Northside Independent School District), over 110 FLL teams have been started in 75 elementary and middle schools. The Bronc Botz have also directly mentored over 10 FLL teams in NISD.

ISTE
ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education is a non-profit organization and conference that serves educators interested in the use of technology in education. In June of 2017, Bronc Botz was invited to participate in this conference by FIRST In Texas and FIRST headquarters. More than 100,000 educators passed through, allowing for the Bronc Botz to spread the message of FIRST and to create international interest in robotics.
KickoffSince 2015, we have been hosting the South texas FTC Kickoff, allowing any students to come and view a fully completed field and see the video live from FIRST Headquarters. Before and after, we host workshops to teach teams how to be successful, asking teams who are more successful to come help run workshops and teach teams who wish to compete. On September 7th, we hosted the 2019-20 Season FTC kickoff. Before and after the kickoff video, we host workshops, including Scouting Best Practices, Tournament Best Practices, Inspire Best Practices, a Strategy Session, Introduction to Java, Wiring Best Practices, League Play, and Non-Profit. All the workshops were led by Bronc Botz students, mentors, or partnering team mentors.

Bronc Botz have attended and demonstrated excellency in robotics since 2014, encouraging students and teachers to become involved and potentially start their own robotics clubs, organizations, and teams.
Robot in 2 Days
Robot in 2 Days (Ri2D) is a yearly cooperative event between Bronc Botz and any other FTC teams in the San Antonio area. Every year, on the weekend, when the FTC game is released, Bronc Botz gather and for the next 48 hours, completes 2 competition-ready robots. The goal of completing these robots in such a slim amount of time is to inspire students to be competitive- if we can do it in 2 days, you can do it in 6 weeks!
SACOT(STEM Advocacy Conference Of Texas)
In 2017, the Bronc Botz were invited to our first ever SACOT meeting, hosted in Austin, Texas. Since then, the Bronc Botz have been extremely active in the recruitment of FRC and FTC teams, and active in the program regarding attendance.
